Mandatory Key skills required for the job are: · Partner with business leaders to develop and understand business metrics and patterns in the data, and to help drive data-based strategic decision making · Solid knowledge of CIs; dependencies relationships in CMDB and Application modeling. · Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, identify and prioritize improvement opportunities, and recommend changes to management. Provide analysis prior to and following any recommended changes. · Lead or assist on improvement projects.
