*NOTE: Passport copy is mandatory for H1B Candidates (NO OPT'S)* *Job Description:-* Install and run JBoss EAP 6.x/7x in standalone mode and/or domain mode Configure the datasource subsystem including database drivers (eg. Oracle, SQL Server, Informix), connection pooling, etc. Configure the JBoss logging subsystem Configure NAS mount points to support application runtime configurations Configure the web subsystem including Microsoft IIS and Apache web servers Configure HTTPS security including certificate management Support production load balanced environment including extranet and intranet configuration Write / maintain scripts to automate administration of environment to support DevOps environment (e.g. application deployments, start/stop servers, datasource configuration, …) Support Java development team to deploy new web services into production to meet customer business requirements Configure monitoring to ensure availability and health of business applications Troubleshoot performance issues with JBoss Application Servers. Tune parameters like classpath loaders, JVM heap, connection pool, garbage collection algorithm etc. Utilize available JBoss EAP monitoring tools to isolate root cause issues Provide administration support for production and non-productions environments (Dev, QA, Pre-Prod, UAT) Support production environment via on-call support as required Experience Requirements BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or other technical field. 3 years’ experience with administering JBoss EAP 6.x/7.x App Servers. 5 years’ experience as system administrator working in an enterprise production environment Experience must include working with web technologies like Java, JSON, XML, JavaScript, JQuery and AJAX Experience with administering JBoss EAP 6.x/7 App Servers in an enterprise environment. Experience with Jboss Application Server Clusters Experience with debugging Java virtual machine thread dumps and heap dumps Excellent analytical, problem solving and debugging skills Ability to work well with various teams, internal and external customers. Ability to relay complex technical information/solutions to appeal to a variety of audiences Experience with application performance monitoring tool such as Wily Introscope, Dynatrace, etc. Knowledge of Java EE concepts including EAR/WAR Container, EJB Container and Security Experience with any source code management systems such as CVS, SVN and technologies like ANT and MAVEN Working knowledge of JMS.
