HP PPM Developer Location:Cincinnati, OH Duration: Long Term Must-Have • Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills • Extensive knowledge on all modules of HP PPM • Review day to day deliverables and incorporate Best practices • Experience on designing and configuring all the modules of HP PPM • Experience on developing request types, workflows, port lets and reports • HP PPM User administration activities, • Experience in integration with tools like LDAP, HRMS, finance, SAP etc. • Experience in Change of Production Topology, performance tuning etc. • Experience in Upgrading the HP PPM tool and applying service packs • Experience on PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle, JSP, Unix Shell Scripting • Experience on integrating HP PPM with other tools using custom web service • Should have handled transition projects and fresh HP PPM implementation • HP PPM Application and Database Setup • Candidate should have good knowledge of using Web Services for integrations • Good PL/SQL knowledge and HP PPM database knowledge required • Excellent communication and customer management skills Good-to-have • Good interpersonal and communication skills, commitment, result oriented, hardworking with a quest and zeal to learn new technologies and undertake challenging tasks • Involved in development, peer review, unit testing, integration testing • Server and Database administration • Experience on reporting tools like Business Objects • Experience on ETL tools • ITILv3 Foundations certification
