Position : Senior Business Analyst with *Mortgage domain* Location: Naperville, IL Duration : 6+ months MOI : Phone and Skype *Position* Senior Business Analyst *Key Responsibilities* · Facilitating open communication between the customer & project team · Driving user acceptance criteria with the customer · Co-ordinate, interact and work with client, third party partners, onsite-offshore team, etc. as per requirements · Interact with user representative to understand and document the business requirements and create functional documents. · Work with Test team in defining and developing test plan and test cases. · Support, work and co-ordinate with the Project team to ensure coverage of requirements, defect analysis and completion of testing (including UAT) · Provide required trainings/ KT to the team. *Profile* · 7-10 Years of experience in Lending and/or Leasing and related areas . · Exposure in working as a functional/ business analyst in a delivery project · Understanding/ Exposure of Accessibility standards: WCAG 2.0, ADA Section 508, 21st Century Video and Communications Act · Exposure to ALM, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint · Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies · Experience with Internet or mobile usability/accessibility research is a plus · Should be a good communicator and a good team player · Good interpersonal skills, confidence and ability to interact professionally with people at all levels. · Strong business focus including problem resolution · Strong written and verbal Communications Skills and presentation skills.
