They are looking for 4 consultants that have experience with the following skills: • ABAP preferred • SAP HCM • Success factors *Background: * The HR business unit at HII-NNS has been using SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) software since 1999 without any major business enhancements. HII-NNS has started a project to move to SAP SuccessFactors in partnership with an integrator. In the midst of completing the Employee Central portion of the project, an urgent need for additional resources was identified to perform duties as defined below. HII-NNS has key milestone dates that they strive to achieve. These solution shall be implemented following NNS's Systems Development Life Cycle process utilizing the Waterfall methodology. 1.2 Scope The Supplier's services will be applied to help HII-NNS implement the MyHR project initiative (i.e. Success Factors). • Responsible for providing the software development for supported systems to deliver business value to include research, design, configure, develop, test and debug to all development. • Evaluate and understand integration points and dependencies associated with hardware, software, business requirements and system characteristics. • Adhere to strategies, policies, and standards associated with the assignment being performed. • Follow all NNS processes, procedures and compliance requirements. • Ensure knowledge transfer for the project solution to NNS's IT resources. 1.3 Task Descriptions In delivering the required services the Supplier will perform the following key activities: • Build and Configure Integrations from existing SAP to Success Factors • Perform Data Conversions • Work with technical and business areas on issues arising during project execution. • Provide status to NNS leadership Requires software engineering/development skills to include analysis and hands-on experience in coding the SAP platform HR with integration to other modules and COTS solutions. A high level competency in working various phases of the system development lifecycle as well as in depth understanding of SAP HR, extensive business process and functional knowledge, and experience with SuccessFactors. A software developer designs, develops, and tests complex programs for SAP modules and functions using ABAP. They may be expected to create specialized reports for SAP modules using ABAP programming languages, designs forms and screens for SAP modules using tools such as SAPscript and SmartForms, and understanding of multi-system interfaces. A developer also prepares comprehensive and thorough technical program documentation including but not limited to specifications, test conditions, test plans, and test data.
