   -          Upgrade specialist and PS admin skill
   -          Need application development skills


*Skills:*

   -          6+ years of experience in PeopleSoft.
   -          PeopleSoft HR Functional associates with knowledge on the
   following PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 modules:
   -          Workforce Administration
   -          Benefits Administration
   -          NA Payroll
   -          Time & Labor
   -          Base Compensation
   -          Base Benefits
   -          Stock Administration
   -          Self Service Modules of HCM
   -          Technical Knowledge: PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine,
   Component Interface, PeopleSoft Security, Batch process, Integration
   Broker, Tracing and            Debugging issues;


*Necessary Skills*

   -          Comfortable with Process-flows & Functional-flows in
   PeopleSoft HR 9.2 (above) modules as Techno functional consultant
   -          Extensive development and testing experience on Peoplecode,
   Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, PeopleTool 8.4x and above
   -          Good in understanding the business requirements and
   functional specification and build technical specifications based for the
   same.
   -          Interact with Technical / Testing Team / SMEs to resolve
   issues & conflicts on need basis
   -          Should be able to analyse the requirements/incidents reported
   by business/helpdesk and provide the technical solution
   -          Guide the technical team in implementing solution
   -          Should know peoplecode, application engine, SQR, Component
   interface, file layout, integration broker
   -          Excellent knowledge of SQL concepts and sound knowledge of
   writing / trouble shooting of Oracle DB SQL on PSFT tables is a must
   -          Good interpersonal and communication skills
   -          Should know how to document and explain the solution
   -          Understand the working of PUM is an added advantage
   -          Good experience and adopting to Software Development
   Lifecycle (SDLC) of PSFT
   -          Commitment to delivering a high quality work product


*Desired Skills**:*

   -           At-least 1 End-to-End Implementation or Upgrade experience
   in PeopleSoft HCM using 9.2 version and good trouble shooting experience
   with                           Application support projects


*Roles & Responsibilities*

   -          Analyse the production issues and provide solution
   solution/fixes
   -         Co-ordinate and guide the developers to build/fix issues to
   specifications, Functional specification documents, design / development ,
   unit testing,                       Replication / reproducing of the
   production issues in non prod environments for both delivered / custom
   issues in PSFT HCM 9.2 - these are the prime               duties as a
   Functional consultant
   -         Coordination with Onsite on deliverables and ownership of the
   same towards end delivery
   -         Customer interaction / presentation on deliverables on need
   basis


*Required experience:*

   - Workforce Administration ,Benefits Administration,NA Payroll,Time &
   Labor,Base Compensation: 7 years
   - HCM: 8 years
