*The scope of work includes*

   - Working with our data suppliers and consumers to understand their data
   models, quality rules, data-flows, security, and other needs,
   - Mapping and integrating the models into a coherent set of ERDM models,
   - Supporting the onboarding process for data producers and consumers,
   - Supporting data-profiling and quality activities
   - Supporting service, analytics, and reporting development. The
   strategic database used in our environment is a semantic, linked-data
   store. We also use a number of relational databases. Previous experience
   with W3C standards like RDF, OWL, and SPARQL would be a plus. It is even
   more important that the successful candidate enjoys learning, exploring,
   and conceptual thinking in order to transform the needs of our constituents
   into flexible and solutions.

Skills (required)

   - Experience with data modeling and database design
   - Experience doing business analysis
   - Experience documenting information flows
   - Excellent knowledge of SQL
   - Ability to work with the Unix command line
   - Excellent oral and written communication skills
   - Ability to analyze requirements and propose solutions, actively
   participate in the meetings (both in person and over the phone)
   - Ability to multi-task and take on multiple small and large scale
   projects at once (self-starter, motivated and can work unsupervised)
   - Strong analysis and problem solving skills (ability to perform data
   analysis, detect possible contradictions, and unseen use cases)Skills (nice
   to have)
   - Domain knowledge on IT infrastructure components (servers, storage,
   networks, etc.)
   - Knowledge of semantic technologies (RDF, triple stores, OWL)
   - Experience in OWL, RDF, SPARQL, Ontology Engineering, inferencing and
   rules
   - Knowledge of TopBraid Composer or Protg.
   - Knowledge of Master Data Management concepts
   - Knowledge of a scripting language (e.g Python, Perl)
