I finished setting up the hsqldb module on the CVS server. This contains
different versions of the source which are tagged as follows:

hsqldb_1_4_4
hsqldb_1_6_0
hsqldb_1_6_1
hsqldb_1_7_0_RC1
hsqldb_1_7_0_RC3
hsqldb_1_7_0_RC4
hsqldb_1_7_0_RC5
hsqldb_1_7_0_RC6
hsqldb_1_7_0

All source files are reformatted to the exact same standard as the current
1.7.1 release candidate. This streamlines diff reporting by limiting it only
to actual changes in code or comments. I have tested the hsqldb module by
checking out and compiling different versions.

The hsqldb_1_4_4 tag corresponds to a reformatted copy of Hypersonic 1.4.3,
with the package name changed from org.hsql to org.hsqldb. This allows
tracking changes from Hypersonic code to HSQLDB code.

In order to reduce clutter, I have not included any of the legacy
documentation that was supplied with versions prior to 1.7.0. This
documentation is still available in the zip downloads of Hypersonic 1.43 and
HSQLDB 1.61.

Version 1.7.1 will be added to the hsqldb module when it is released in a
few days time. I'll post a separate proposal today regarding further
expansion and use of CVS in our project. Issues such as modules, branches
and committing procedures will be discussed there.
