I committed to CVS the latest enhancements to Node, Index, Row, Cache, Table
and their subclasses. The changes are aimed at better memory management and
robustness. Some long standing issues with Cache, such as resetting of
access counter to 0 after over 2 billion accesses have been fixed. Speed is
also improved further.

Changes to the core in the last two months gradually open up new
possibilities such as persistence of in-memory indexes for MEMORY and TEXT
tables, or the introduction of alternative indexing schemes.
