I should run the "switch2JDK14.bat" before
compiling with JDK 1.4.2.

I downloaded the 1.7.2 RC1 and tried to compile
the source code. All of the methods that were commented
with "//#ifdef JDBC3" were commented out and had to be un-commented
for it to compile. These methods were in the jdbc*.java files. I
was using JDK 1.4.2 for the compiling. Is there any reason why all of
these methods were commented out?
