Suffice to say, I didn't meet this date, in part because I had a pile of
work to get through yesterday. I've posted this snapshot as an additional
pre-release.
*Please* give this a whirl. I'd like to release this ASAP so we can move
on to other things. The HtRegexList class still needs some improvements to
minimize the performance hit, but it now rearranges properly, which helps
in my testing.
