According to Geoff Hutchison:

There were still several bug fixes committed to CVS since the refactoring
branch-off. If these fixes affect code that ended up being moved into
different files in the refactoring, will the merge still be able to sort
it all out? I think Michael ended up shuffling around some of Gabriele's
code before he patched in some fixes in the htdig-3-2-x branch.
