It looks like you grabbed the main branch, which for reasons too complicated
to explain here, hasn't been updated in quite some time. You need to grab
the htdig-3-2-x branch of the htdig cvs tree, or grab a snapshot from
ftp://htdig.sourceforge.net/pub/htdig/snapshots/
