Yes, I'm online, and I've been working on porting the restrict & exclude
stuff to 3.2 already. In fact, I'm done, but I ran into a snag trying to
run htdoc/cf_generate.pl to rebuild the attribute docs. The change in
format in htcommon/defaults.cc is probably to blame, but my first attempt
at what I thought was the obvious fix didn't work. I think I'll just
commit my changes without rebuilding the docs, and fix that later, so you
can see what I've done. I don't think it will need further changes, but
I'd appreciate your testing it out!
