This is not a bug. Because in the 3.2 code the scoring is done "on the
fly" by htsearch, all words will be indexed regardless of the appropriate
*_factor.

That, of course, does not mean that a word will count in the search
results. I'm not sure if the current htsearch actually throws documents
away if the word was matched but has no weight. (Which would be a bug.)
