I agree completely that htdoc should be self-contained.  If we're going
to include the SF logo, then it should be bundled-in and the HTML docs
should use local, relative references for any images they include.

But, if we have to change all the docs from their maindocs counterparts
anyway, may as well leave off the SF logo if we don't need it.  It wouldn't
bother me at all if we did keep the logo, though, as long as it's bundled.
