I'm sorry, but I'm afraid I cannot help you as I simply do not have enough time. Right now, there are only 24 hours in the day and I think the last few months, I've had about 25 hours spoken for. :-( I forwarded your previous request to the htdig-dev mailing list (and CC'ed this reply) since there are a number of people who could do this work. It's not all that difficult but does take time to test, especially for memory leaks.
