strange as it might seem,  I sometimes print of the full Documentation.
Could there be a way of presenting a printable version.
  ( isnt that what xml and stylesheets are about? )

I think it's looking pretty good overall. It'd be nice to have lists by
category, programs, etc. and I'm sure that's on your TODO list.

Minor nit-picky things. It might not be a bad idea to have letters (with
no links) even when there are no attributes. ABCDE ... H looks a bit
strange. :-)

I'm also not thrilled about the really dark sidebar since the visited link
text ends up disappearing. But that's something that can be tweaked
later. The basics look pretty good, and it's definitely a giant step in
the right direction, IMHO.
