The httpd.conf file I used in order to get all the tests to pass is attached. Lines starting with '#J' are lines that I commented out. The only thing that I added is 'Listen 7400', which replaces 'Port 7400'.

I also appended access.conf and srm.conf to httpd.conf; even with 1.3.x, there was a move away from using the three separate files. The old syntax for specifying the access.conf and srm.conf is no longer valid in Apache 2.
