Yes, his patch site is still there, but that's just a side-note in FAQ 2.5.
That's where you can get patches for bug fixes between releases, which was
a question that came up many times.

The main point of FAQ 2.5 is the patches to upgrade from one full release
to the next.  It may be worth noting there that we aren't bothering with
a 3.2.0b3-to-3.2.0b5 patch because it would be almost as big as (or bigger
than?) the full 3.2.0b5 release tarball.  Mind you, the same was true of
htdig-3.2.0b2-3.2.0b3.diff.gz.  These diffs really make more sense for
maintenance releases than for betas or early releases where there are
huge changes involved.  Maybe we should just make a general note about
how we will occasionally leave out the diffs if they're too large to be
worthwhile.
