Yes, that is where snapshots are.  If you're going to use ht://Dig for "production
use" then using the latest beta is highly recommended, since it is quite
recent.  The snapshots are not guaranteed to be working at any particular
point in time, and are only intended for those wishing to help with development
or alpha testing.  (Until beta 5 was released, they were also recommended
for general use, but only because the previous beta was very old.)
