I guess this answers my earlier question. But the advice I gave still
applies. Make sure you have the latest 3.2.0b3 snapshot, and see if
you still get the error. If so, it may be related to the problem you
reported about searching for "&" within a phrase, or it may be yet
another bug in the query parser.
