There are a few search engines that claim to index Chinese
characters, though I'm not able to tell you how well the do so. I
recommend that you take a look at AltaVista Search, Inktomi Search
Server, ISearch, Perlfect Search (a perl script), SSSearch, Homepage
Search, DeepSearch, and PicoSearch remote search service.
