I'm not quite sure what "broken and incomplete" instructions you are
referring to. On the other hand, things are sort of in a holding
pattern while we either get a new host for the htdig.org box or
SourceForge gets its act together. They will supposedly host CVS for
us, though the current CVS tree has been sitting on their server for
some time now.
But if you want instructions,
<http://htdig.sourceforge.net/dev/cvsinstructions.html> should work
OK.
