I've got the same problem as Curtis and I'm still waiting for an answer !

I (Olivier Korn) DID send to the list a set of *.conf files which permitted 
to reproduce the problem. Nobody ever replied to my message.

I'm ready to help anybody willing to track the "possible" bug, if any.
