Yes.  The FAQ doesn't have the leading "/" on contrib.  It's refering
to the contrib directory in the distributed source tree.  You can also
at other contributed works at ftp://ftp.htdig.org/pub/htdig/contrib/

Sounds different enough from the ewswrap stuff that I think it would
be worth putting on the ftp site above.  I'm not sure how incoming
contributions are handled on the new site, as we don't seem to have an
incoming directory any more.  Maybe e-mail is the preferred approach
for now.  Geoff?
