According to Michael Olds:
> If a search-word is typed in all lowercase, words with both lowercase and
> capitals will be selected; if a search-word is typed with an Initial Cap, or
> in ALL CAPS only words matching that case style will be included.
This point isn't right. htsearch is completely case-insensitive. All words
are mapped to lower case on indexing and in the query parser, so you can't
match the case style used in the document.
