My point with the 3.1.0b1 release was that I had no familiarity to begin
with, but was willing to try out the patches (since I wanted them on my
copy anyway) and did some minor work cleaning up documentation, etc. This
is largely what's needed in preparing a 3.1.6 release. (While additional
code is still needed for 3.2.)

If it were, I would never be here. Needless to say, anyone with interest
but not familiarity, should let me know. I can come up with a host of
small projects that would lead to greater familiarity (and need to
be done). Not all of them involve coding.

Joe, everyone greatly appreciates the work you do to maintain the patch
archive. And several people stepped forward and offered to help with
website issues. (Which is wonderful, but not to say we couldn't use
more...)

But put it another way--would you like to see ht://Dig improve? Of course.
Can you help? Are you willing to learn a few new skills like running gdb,
gprof, memory testers? Do you have a few minutes of time to offer?

And do you seek fame, fortune and the gratitude of thousands?
(Well, one out of three isn't bad, right? :-)
