No. At the moment, ht://Dig supports any 8-bit character sets as long as
the system has proper locale() support. This encompasses a great deal of
character sets, but does not include most Asian character sets, which are
multi-byte.
If you are considering contributing support for multibyte characters, I
suggest we take the discussion to the htdig-dev mailing list. :-)
