No. However, you can use the htdump program from version 3.2.0b2 and
then htload the database into version 3.2.0b3. You will be able to do
this from now on, at least for version 3.2.x.

First off, you haven't read the 3.2.0b3 release notes. It says quite
clearly that "merging" has changed in 3.2.0b3. Do you mean merging
two databases together, or cleaning out URLs from a database. The
former uses htmerge, the latter uses htpurge.
Both could probably use significantly less memory, but I must admit,
it has not been top on our list. We had a patch to improve this
significantly, but for many reasons the API to the word database has
been changing significantly, and so it was left back for now.
