This is certainly a new one! I've never seen anything like it before.
I suppose it could be due to a corrupted database, but I couldn't tell
you for sure. Are the referenced URLs just plain HTML files, or are
they some other document type processed by an external parser? If it's
the latter, it could be your external parser that's sometimes spitting
out garbage.
