I used to use the rundig script as a crontab every
night, but a recent email suggested that it always
deletes the databases, rather than simply updating.
I have htdig updating 4 sites, which takes about 4
hours or so to index initially.
I could simply run two cronjobs, ./htdig at 1am, and
./htmerge at say 6am
...but that's a pretty wide gap.
I'd rather update the db, rather than reindex
everything.
How should I kickoff htmerge automatically when htdig
is done updating an already existing db?
Thanks,
Anthony E.
