ARGGHHH! I'm embarrassed to say that my configuration file *was* the
problem. I don't remember where I got the lines from--I thought I just
copied and pasted them out of the documentation. But mine were missing the
"->text/html" phrase. All is well now.
Thank you... and I apologize for the net-noise for such a dumb question.
