The URL I have is http://www.fe.msk.ru/~vitus/catdoc/ so you may want to
try it too.  The last time I tried it, about 2 months ago, it was down
then too, but as Joe suggested, that's not unusual, so try one or both
again every day or two to see what comes up.  If there's still no luck,
try a search for catdoc to see if any other sites pop up.

We're still having DNS problems, it seems.  For now, you must use
htdig.sourceforge.net for FTPing.  You'll find the parser scripts on
this FTP site, but I don't think we have any of the individual conversion
filters, like catdoc & xpdf, on there.
