You're also running Apache 1.3.12 (checked your site on netcraft) so that
is all pretty normal. Are you able to index any other web sites? Like
http://www.htdig.org? That would at least identify if the problem was
with your web server, or with htdig.
If its not your web site, can you post the top part of your configuration
file (comments removed)?
Otherwise nothing so far seem obviously wrong (to me).
