In your htdig.conf file you can specify a section to ignore.
# Sections of searchable pages to ignore
#
noindex_start: <SCRIPT
noindex_end: </SCRIPT>
This particular example will of course ignore all javascript from showing up
in search results. You can modify this to use with your site.
Of course, more information on noindex_start _end can be found on the
htdig.org website.
