Hmm, which ten lines did you comment out?  There are more than ten
lines that deal with the SGML encodings that were causing you problems,
and if you don't get the order of strings properly corresponding to each
other in the 3 StringLists, you're likely to run into problems.  Also,
if you just remove all the mappings of SGML entities for characters
from 160 to 255, you may have problems if any of your HTML documents
use some of these encodings.  Documents in ISO-8859-2 encoding likely
won't be using any of the SGML encodings for Latin 1 accents, but may
use constructs like   and such.
