According to Brendan P. Caulfield:

htdig correctly handles standard HTTP redirects that have absolute URIs.
Version 3.1.5 doesn't handle the non-standard relative URIs that are
becoming increasingly common in redirects.

There's also a problem with http-equiv meta tags in HTML like:

    <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="5;URL  =   http://foo/bar.html";>

if there is space on either side of the "=" sign. Both of these problems
will be addressed in future versions.
