I'm running htdig 3.1.5 under Windows NT using the precompiled executables
(I couldn't successfully compile myself using cygwin due to the db2
problem). To get it to work I'm using current cygwin1.dll from cygwin
rather than the one supplied in the zip archive.

I'm having problems with doc2html.pl (version 3). I can run pdf2html.pl
from the command line with success. When I run doc2html.pl from the command
line with the same test pdf file I get an html header and footer with a
load of garbage in between. For example:

I'm using the cygwin perl, v5.6.1.

Any ideas?
