I'm not sure, but I think the reason the "Developer Site" link was changed
from the dev/ subdirectory to now point to sourceforge, is because the
stuff under dev/ hasn't been maintained in a while.  I added a link to
the beta documentation in the FAQ and on the "Where to get it" page.
They should show up within an hour.
