Well, if 3.1.5 is working perfectly for you, why switch? When 3.1.6
comes out, you may want to upgrade to it to get the latest bug fixes,
but this should be a fairly easy switch. If you're keen on beta testing
3.2, though, I won't discourage you.

The most requested feature that 3.2 adds is phrase searching,
but there are lots of other new features too. See
http://www.htdig.org/dev/htdig-3.2/RELEASE.html for details.

How much work it will be to get it up and running is a difficult question
to answer. Some users found it quick and easy to set up, but others have
run into all sorts of problems. It's still beta-quality code after all.
