No, the handling of bad_extension doesn't treat the query string
as part of the extension. It strips the query string off the URL
before comparing, so you won't get a match. You can put the pattern in
exclude_urls, though, or you can add "plein=" to bad_querystr if you want
to suppress any URL that has that string anywhere in the query string.
