No, there isn't anything in htdig right now to let you do that. If htdig
supported multiple strings for noindex_start and noindex_end, then you could
essentially flip around your start and end tags, and pick something like
<html> for the first start tags, and </html> for the last end tag. But right
now, htdig doesn't let you do that either. (Multiple entries for these
attributes is on the to-do list.)
