Nope. It depends on the tagging for the word (e.g. META keywords and page
titles scored higher), obviously the frequency and where the word occurs
on the page (earlier scored higher).

You can also use the search_algorithm (which adds "fuzzy" terms) and
various *_factor attributes to change the weightings.
