With htdig 3.1.5 or older, description_factor and all the other _factor
attributes are used by htdig only, and not by htsearch, so you need to
reindex from scratch after changing any of these _factor attributes.
(The exceptions are date_factor and backlink_factor.)  In the 3.2 betas,
all _factor settings are evaluated only by htsearch, so no reindexing
should be needed in these versions.
