I dont think it matters (dont quote me, though) as long as you have the
absolute path in the conf file.  Just fyi, I call the php script from
/home/httpd/html/fetch/index.php and that directory is where the templates are
located.

There are a few mods that might be usefull.  as soon as I clean it up, Ill
share them.  Pretty much it does away with the footer template so you can
customize the output results with php regex's.
