I think this may have been reported once before, but without any answer.
There are other DB2 errors that have been reported more frequently by
Cygwin users.  Make sure you have lots of free space on C: before running
htdig.exe.  Then, run it with the -i option to remove any existing databases.
If that doesn't solve it, maybe try building the code on a different version
of the Cygwin toolkit, either newer or older.  Sorry we don't have any
definite solutions for this.
