Every thing ie executing right am just not getting any thing. If there
is any errors happening with the CGI-BIN its not loggin them any where.

This sounds a lot like the problem I had when I first tried to hood the
ht:dig to my intranet site. See, the cgi directory for the server was
on the extranet so I had to place the htsearch cgi there and have the
ability to select the proper configuration file from within the html
search form. Anyway, my first thing would be to find out what the
Network Manager set up as the official cgi directory or for that matter
if there was ever one assigned.
