I'm not quite sure what you want to do--there really isn't a good way 
to have multiple fields named "words" in the search form. And a 
boolean search would usually be slightly more advanced, e.g.:

(New and Zealand) or Australia not Tasmania

This is a very old bug. (It's a very old version.) I suggest strongly 
that you upgrade to the latest production release, which fixes this 
(among many others):
