This is very odd. I tried this patch against the 3.1.5 source myself.
In fact, until I committed this change, there hadn't been any changes
to parser.cc since before 3.1.5 was released. In fact, I think 3.1.3
was the last time it was changed.
Maybe you need to update your patch command.
